Welcome to Niv Organics. By accessing or using our website (www.nivorganics.com) (“Site”) or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or order from us.
1. Acceptance of Orders
1.1 We (Niv Organics) reserve the right to accept or refuse any order placed through the Site, without assigning any reason.
1.2 After you place an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order (order acknowledgement). The order is only accepted when we send you the dispatch/confirmation email (“Order Confirmation”).
1.3 We may require verification of your identity, billing information and shipping information before accepting an order.
2. Products & Pricing
2.1 All products displayed are subject to availability. If the product is out of stock, we will notify you and you may cancel the order or select an alternative.
2.2 Prices shown on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (specify as appropriate). Shipping charges (if any) will be added at checkout.
2.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment must be made via the payment methods made available on the Site at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, net-banking, UPI, cash on delivery if available).
3.2 In case of payment failure, we may cancel the order or ask you to provide alternative payment.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 We deliver only to addresses within India unless otherwise specified. Shipping time estimates are given on the Site/at checkout, but actual delivery time may vary.
4.2 Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver in the time frame, but we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, natural disasters, strikes, customs, etc.
4.3 Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery of the goods to the shipping address you provided.
5. Use of the Products
5.1 Our products are 100% organic, laboratory-tested beauty & wellness products. nivorganics.com
5.2 You acknowledge that natural/organic products may vary slightly in appearance, colour or fragrance from illustration photos.
5.3 You must follow usage instructions provided. We recommend performing a patch test if you have sensitive skin or allergies. We disclaim liability for any adverse reaction resulting from improper use or allergy.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, videos) is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may view, download and print pages from the Site for personal non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written approval.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Except as required by law, in no event shall Niv Organics, its directors, employees, agents or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the goods, the Site, or these Terms.
7.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the goods.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
8.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, State – e.g., Karur, Tamil Nadu].
9. Amendments
9.1 We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site and indicate the “Effective Date”.
